Saturdays we alternate between Hydro Power and Zumba class with rotating instructors.
Hydro Power MOVE the water! A mid to high intensity workout. Intervals, circuit, HIT and other class formats used. Classes are 50-55 minutes. Similar to a land cardio class, but with all the benefits of the water (see above). These classes are taught in the indoor or outdoor pool-weather permitting.
AQUA ZUMBA A mid to high intensity cardio workout that brings the fun and flavor of Zumba to the water for the ultimate pool party. Come experience Latin and International music, salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and more. You can shake it in the water without anyone seeing you and have a blast. This is a great class for any fitness level. You can increase your intensity as your fitness level increases and work at your own pace. Classes are 45-55 minutes.
