Stroller Strong is a class designed for new moms and dads or for anyone wanting a challenging, outdoor workout!
Bring your baby and stroller and come get in some cardio and weight work every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am in the great outdoors (see below for meeting locations)!
This class is included with your membership and is available to non-members with the purchase of a punch card.
You don't have to have a stroller or a baby to come.
(50 minutes).
Meeting Locations:
In the case of inclement weather meet in gym at Apple Athletic Club.
Beginning October 1st, class will be held inside the gymnasium.
Community Park – Off Holmes and 25th St.; meet east of the restrooms.
Snake River Landing – Off Pancheri/Sunnyside; meet in parking lot southwest of Stockman’s Restaurant.
Peterson Park – Off Sunnyside, pass Ammon Rd. and take left on Dal, then next right; meet south of restrooms.
Eagle Point Park – Off 17th St. in Ammon (.75 mile east of Ammon rd.); meet in east side parking lot.
McCowin – Off Midway Ave. in Ammon; meet North side of Tennis Courts.
Freeman – Meet on the east side of the park in the gravel parking lot.
