HYDRO POWER- MOVE the water! A mid to high intensity workout. Intervals, circuit, HIT and other class formats used. Classes are 50-55 minutes. Similar to a land cardio class, but with all the benefits of the water (see above). These classes are taught in the indoor or outdoor pool-weather permitting.
