Women's Only Weight Loss Program (Also known as WOW)!
Here's how it works:
Over a period of 8 weeks you'll meet with a Certified Personal Trainer 2 times per week.
You'll learn how to eat right AND exercise effectively. This small group personal training program is taught in a group setting of 6 women all motivated to lose weight JUST LIKE YOU.
TWO SESSIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
Morning Session: Monday/Wednesday @ 9:00am Starting January 13th with Courtney
Evening Session: Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:30pm Starting January 14th with Courtney
