SUP (stand up paddleboard) yoga is a yoga class taught on a SUP. Yes! On the board, your balance, core strength and coordination are challenged and constantly engaged. You might get wet, you might stay dry. But it is fun and challenging. Summer classes will travel to open water in our area. Board space is limited come early. This class is included with Club Membership. $15 for non members, per class, if you want to bring a friend.
