Fight Camp is 10-week journey where you’ll learn what it’s like to train for a boxing match by learning and practicing boxing techniques and apply fitness routines in the manner of a professional boxer.
The Fight Camp journey will be led by one of Apple Athletic Club’s USA Boxing certified and experienced trainers.
Once a week sessions begin with an orientation to the fundamentals of the sport and a goal-setting discussion. We’ll then progress through increasing levels of intensity to a final challenge session at Week 10.
Participants will be expected to train and practice certain techniques between sessions, and come prepared each week to build on the previous session’s skills.
Goals will be based on your current abilities, and techniques and training methods will be adapted so that anyone can participate.
Sessions do not include contact sparring, but require the ability to make hand contact with various striking surfaces commonly used in boxing training.
Fight Camp will commence when there is a minimum of 4 participants enrolled, with space limited to 6 participants.
Hand-wraps and gloves will be provided, however, you may use your own equipment with instructor permission.

Class is held every Friday for 10 weeks. Training will begin when there are at least 4 people signed up (with a maximum of 6 total in the class). Cost is $250 for Apple Members and $350 for non-members. Refer a friend who also signs up for the class and you'll get a 10% discount.
