Over a period of 8 weeks you'll meet with a Certified Personal Trainer 2 times per week.
You'll learn how to eat right AND exercise effectively. This small group personal training program is taught in a group setting of 6 women all motivated to lose weight JUST LIKE YOU.
Morning Session: Tuesday/Thursday @ 10:00am Starting September 17th with Shannaray
Evening Session: Monday/Wednesday @7:30pm Starting September 23rd with Kathy
