The Waves/Hydro is a combo class; shallow and deep are taught at the same time.

PUSH the water and make some WAVES. A mid to high intensity workout. Similar to a land-based cardio class, but with all the benefits of the water (see above); includes a warm-up, bodywork, cardio for 45 min, cool down and stretch The WAVES classes are taught in the indoor or outdoor pool-weather permitting.
A high intensity workout. This class is taught in the deep water but utilizes the shallow too. It is geared for those who need a challenge. You use the Hydro-Fit gear on your feet or waist for buoyancy and resistance. You’ll experience sport moves, calisthenics and additional resistance. This is a great workout that challenges every muscle. No swimming skills required. Gear provided or it can be purchased at the member service desk, when available.
