Hydro-Fit is a high intensity workout. This class is taught in the deep water but utilizes the shallow too. It is geared for those who need a challenge. You use the Hydro-Fit gear on your feet or waist for buoyancy and resistance. You’ll experience sport moves, calisthenics and additional resistance. This is a great workout that challenges every muscle. No swimming skills required. Gear provided or it can be purchased at the member service desk, when available. (45 to 55 minutes - included with membership)
In the Summer, the Tuesday and Thursday 9am class is held outdoors when weather permits.
