Saturday 9am classes rotate between Aqua Zumba and Waves!
Aqua Zumba is a mid to high intensity cardio workout that brings the fun and flavor of Zumba to the water for the ultimate pool party. Come experience Latin and International music such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and others. If you worry about shaking it on the dance floor you can shake it in the water without anyone seeing you and have a blast. This is a great class for any fitness level. You can increase your intensity as your fitness level increases and work at your own pace. (45-50 minutes - included with membership)
PUSH the water and make some WAVES. Waves is a mid to high intensity workout. Similar to a land-based cardio class, but with all the benefits of the water (see above); includes a warm-up, bodywork, cardio for 45 min, cool down and stretch The WAVES classes are taught in the indoor or outdoor pool-weather permitting. The Waves/Hydro is a combo class; shallow and deep are taught at the same time. (50-55 minutes - included with membership)
