PUSH the water and make some WAVES. A mid to high intensity workout. Similar to a land-based cardio class, but with all the benefits of the water. Includes a warm-up, bodywork, cardio for 45 min, cool down and stretch The WAVES classes are taught in the indoor or outdoor pool-weather permitting. The Waves/Hydro is a combo class; shallow and deep are taught at the same time. (50-55 minutes - included with membership)
Saturday sessions rotate between Waves and Aqua Zumba!
Instructor: Monday and Friday with Shawna, Wednesdays with TJ, Saturday instructors vary.
