This is a vigorous, fitness based approach to Vinyasa yoga. It’s more of a cardio output practice that’s geared toward the Ashtanga method (a method of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.)
