This is a very dynamic workout! Our foundation is; " Everything comes from your CORE!" From Kettle Bell swings, to TRX single leg lunges, your core will be challenged in new ways. With high energy, music pumping and getting our sweat on, you will always be in for a surprise! Along with free weights, we will be moving, using our body weight against suspension straps, the floor and ourselves, always reinforcing our form and technique.
